What makes AEMBR® candles different from standard store-bought candles?
We prioritize clean luxury. Our candles are handcrafted using a proprietary vegan wax blend, premium toxin-free fragrance oils, and sustainably sourced wicks to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn without phthalates or parabens.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent experience. If you are unsatisfied, we accept returns of unused and unlit products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I ensure my candle burns properly?
To prevent tunneling, always burn your candle until the wax melts across the entire surface to the edges of the vessel. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every single light for a safe and soot-free flame.
Are your vessels reusable?
Absolutely. Our luxury vessels are designed to be repurposed. Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, gently remove the wax and wick clip, wash with warm soapy water, and reuse the jar as a planter, stationery holder, or decor piece.
